wedding calligraphy for the bride to be

Fall Inspired Shoot

This lovely styled shoot was featured on Borrowed & Blue and 7Centerpieces! I'll include links at the end of this blog post for y'all to check out! I was so excited when Abbie Mae Photography asked me to be a part of this styled shoot! I created a wedding envelope invitation, bride & groom place cards, and a gold framed chalkboard sign with a love verse (Song of Solomon 4:7) that you'll see below.

For the envelope invitation, I used my favorite envelopes from Paper Source, and the Bullet Nib 1.5mm gold pen from Faber Castell.

These Bride & Groom place cards are also from Paper Source with a cute feathered leaf stamp - also from Paper Source! The place cards are the Blush Luxe cards and come in a pack of 50 but sell out fast! The Laurel Branches Rubber Stamp gives place cards that extra touch while outlining the name. I used mine with black ink, but any color would look great!

My sweet husband made this chalkboard sign for me. We were finding that trying to run to Hobby Lobby on their 50% off days to get the best deal was a little stressful, so he made one himself! He used plywood and spray painted it with chalkboard spray paint. We spray painted smaller pieces of wood with gold to make the frame and glued those on the plywood. I think it turned out pretty well! I used the White Bistro Chalk Marker for this sign, however the Chisel Tip Marker is my favorite.

Thanks to Abbie Mae Photography for asking me to be a part of this styled shoot!
